Starting the Conversation: Change Management Workshop
Frustration, confusion, resistance, apathy - these are a select few emotions people associate with change that can derail the results you are hoping to accomplish. Green team leaders are first and foremost agents of change, encouraging peers and management to shift from one practice to another. Managing the people side of change is essential to success. Come to this workshop with a "problem" you'd like to solve in your organization. Participants will learn the ADKAR model of change management and receive practical tools that will enable them to build trust and commitment.
Established Green Teams: Round Table Discussion
Eager to share ideas and learn from other advanced Green Team leaders? This round table is by invitation only and will allow leaders of more experienced green teams to discuss management buy-in. Come ready to share both positive and negative experiences with change management for sustainability. Highlights from this round table will be shared with the larger group.
