Combating Your Own Bias: We all have them, so what do we do now? 

Join us for an opportunity to grow in awareness of your own biases. We will talk about biases that you may not be aware of and ways to navigate your individual biases within the workplace.

We will also spend some time identifying your biases and acknowledge some of the ways they may affect your work in the community. In the end, we will troubleshoot ways to consciously identify your own biases to best partner with your organization’s mission.

Participants will receive a packet of resources on topics discussed.
