Ritz Group is pleased to announce the Ritz Group FUND and our partnership with Seraph Group to manage the Fund. 

The Seraph Group is a 12 year-old, nationwide, seed and A-round investment firm focused on finding market transforming technology companies. Seraph has created an efficient, flexible model for individual investors to access high-quality, early-stage tech companies across many geographies and across business sectors in a diversified, professionally managed Angel Fund and co-investment model.

The firm has raised 7 funds, deployed about $50million across 80 investments, and achieved 16 exits thus far. Seraph’s historical investors consist of almost 300 senior executives and successfully exited entrepreneurs who contribute industry knowledge, relationships, and business expertise.  

Now, the Ritz Group partnership with Seraph Group enables Ritz Group Angel Investors to participate in the Seraph Partners Fund VIII and co-investments via a special Ritz Group Investment terms. 

 The Luncheon Keynote Speakers will be Randall Foster, Partner, Seraph Group, followed by Steve Gross of Gross Capital and Whit Blakeley for the NEW  Road Show Film Fund. 

The Ritz Group will also unveil its new programs designed to serve and cultivate more ANGELS.
