A beautifully inspirational and challenging in-service for those in religious education and youth ministry. The day is filled with prayer, praise and worship, best practices, free resources, and a main speaker on a relevant topic.
"Brew Time", a time to socilaize over coffee with your peers in ministry and review and collect free resources will start at 9am. Welcome, Prayer, Praise, Worship, Introductions start at 9:30am.
Our morning speaker will be Rev. Hieromonk Maximos of the Holy Resurection Monastery in St. Nazianz. Fr. Maximos, a former corporate lawyer who responded to God's call to a monastic vocation. He is now a writer, speaker, confessor and spiritual father, and his talk will be "The One Percent" about how improving 1% of your day could make you more effective, holy, and content with your work with souls.
