Join the Shop Local, Shop Morton: Hometown Holidays Today!

What is it?  I Shop Morton: Hometown Holidays.  The 2017 I Shop Morton Committee has combined efforts with the former Holidazzle/Shop Small committee to provide an opportunity for merchants and activities to come together for a Shop Local promotion during the upcoming holiday season. 

Hometown Holidays is supported by the Morton Chamber of Commerce, Village Tourism and Morton Tourism Association (MTA) Committee

When is it?       

 Friday, November 17 from 5-9 pm: Kick-Off with strolling Holiday experiences and Community Christmas Tree Lighting - Memorial Plaza at 7 pm.

Saturday, November 18 from 10 am-3 pm: Shop local with promotions running through Small Business Saturday on November 25 and continuing with promoted events through December.

What will you get?

• Advertising in multiple newspapers, social media, radio advertisements, posted signs and flyers mailed to Morton residents and businesses.
• Free coupon (one sided 5”W x 2 ½”T) included in our coupon book. Coupon books will be given out at key locations including hotels, mailed with Chamber newsletter, and each store will have a supply. Print & digital coupons available to consumers. Coupons expire December 30 or your stated expiration.

What are you asked to do?

• Decorate your store with a Christmas theme. The shinier the better. Twinkle lights always look great!

• Send in your coupon details by OCTOBER 18 using this link.
