Taka is a passionate, visionary and innovative leader, leveraging over 25 years of experience in organizational eco-systems consulting and coaching. Taka’s approach provides learning and development solutions for complex issues related to managing personal and organizational development. He has a wealth of experience working at the executive level to bridge organizational gaps between leadership and individual contributors. The three focus areas of his work are on building capability (bench strength), influencing culture and creating healthy sustainable climate for organizations. He has authored many courses and workshops (including assessment tools) on different topics to help leaders achieve measurable results.

Consultant

• As a consultant, Taka leads and manages the consulting process for organizational growth. The consulting objective is always diagnostic/prognostic in nature to understand where the organization currently is, identify what strengths to leverage as well as areas of challenge. He creates the strategies aligned to an organization's corporate goals and is fully accountable for the learning/development strategy formulation and execution.

Instructor  

• As an educator, Taka teaches courses in Business and Human Resources Management at the University of Calgary. He brings into the classroom over 20 years of hands on Organizational Development experience that colours the theory with practical, real world application. This is coupled with a deep understanding of how adults approach learning enabling Taka to stay fluid in his instructional style allowing students to get the most from their educational experience.

Coach/Mentor

• As a coach, Taka increases performance and engagement capabilities for all levels of leadership, from managers to C-suite, utilizing the B7 Leadership Program.
