28th Annual Children’s Christmas Party SAR Community Fund
The Salem Association of REALTORS® Community Fund needs your help creating a magical Christmas celebration for children that participate in the Salem-Keizer School District Students In Transition Educational Program (STEP). Each year, up to 150 disadvantaged children attend the party, complete with a visit from Santa Claus toting presents, food and fun activities. Help bring joy to those who would otherwise go without this holiday season.
School District Policy Requires Background Check Submission
If you had a volunteer background check last year you don’t have to get another. Call SAR office to verify your status | 503-540-0081
If you have not had a volunteer background check and are signing up to help with the party (while the children are present), you are required to have one. Also, if you plan to bring anyone with you, they must complete the background check too. Even your children have to do a special approval process (printed form with their school administrator's signature), found on the website as well.

VOLUNTEERS - donate $25.00 and receive a Christmas Party T-Shirt.
These T-Shirts are a great way for volunteers to be recognized during the party.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Registration for the Party time slot is for those who have a current background check or those who have already subbmitted their background check. The deadline to submit a background check has already passed.
Only the Salem Keizer School District background check is accepted.
All other time slots do not require a background check.
