Save the Airfare: Veneto

Every 2 months or so, we will be hosting an educational event focusing on the specific wine and cuisine that make each region of Italy special and unique. This is an exciting opportunity to not only taste what each region has to offer, but also learn about its rich history, and why these foods and wines prosper in these specific regions.

Executive Chef Geo Dodig and Beverage Director Robert Van Thiel will be working together to bring an eclectic offering of the best cuisine representative of each region, paired with the great wines that prosper there.

On October 18th, we will be featuring the regional wine and cuisine of the norther region of Veneto!

Veneto has varying landscapes all of which have an influence on its cuisine. It is 29% mountainous ranges, has Lake Garda to the West, the Adriatic Sea in the East, and Austria to the North.

Moreover, Veneto is one of Italy's most important wine-growing areas, producing wines, such as ProseccoValpolicella, and SoaveOverall, Veneto produces more bottles of DOC wine than any other area in Italy. The Amarone della Valpolicella, a wine from the hills around Verona, is made with high-selected grapes and is among the more expensive red wines in the world.

We are very excited about this region and in order to bring you the best from this particular region, tickets will be slightly more than our other events at $100 per person.

Doors open at 5:30 and the first course will be served at 6:00 pm. Tickets are limited so click the link and Save the Airfare by joining us in October in Veneto!

Due to the nature of this event, we will be unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.
