The event is designed as a New Users Survey. Presenters have extensive experience with QuickBooks as well as financial reporting and small business ownership.
Both the Desktop and Online presentations will be sent by email, in pdf format, to all who have registered a few days before the event.
The course demonstrates what happens to the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet when entries are made in QuickBooks. The emphasis is to understand what is happening when a check or a bill is entered to the financial statements, not the key-by-key mechanical entries.
QuickBooks Online (QBO)* and QuickBooks Premier 2017 software will be used for this instruction. This is not a hands-on PC training session. Because this is a survey course the following topics will not be discussed in any detail: Inventory, Job Costing, Sales Tax and Payroll.
This 3-hour workshop uses a classroom setting with an experienced presenter to cover the basics of using QuickBooks and many of its’ key features. The instructor uses the QuickBooks programs QuickBooks Premier 2017, QuickBooks Online (QBO)* as well as PowerPoint slides and handouts to demonstrate:
