Daily Bread....Or Daily Meaning?

Join FitC member Jean Haskell in the Philadelphia Assembled exhibit at the Perelman Museum, for a performance of excerpts from Working by Studs Terkel, read by students at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Temple University.

Following the reading, Inquirer jobs and work life columnist, Jane Von Bergen, will lead a discussion
about how work has changed, or not, since Terkel first interviewed workers, and what makes work meaningful.

Then join Jean for  a tour of the Philadelphia Assembled exhibit after the program. Learn about the exhibit here. Jean, representing the Granny Peace Brigade, was one of the collaborators in planning this exhibit.

And the Perelman Cafe is open for lunch or whatever at 11.
