On December 12th - 13th, LPHI will host the fifth annual Regional Care Collaborative (RCC) Forum at the Intercontinental Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, as part of the Gulf Region Health Outreach Program (GRHOP).
With the theme of Population Health: Adding Value to Outcomes, this two-day event gathers community health centers and stakeholders from the coastal regions of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the panhandle of Florida to share information and ideas about how to improve health and healthcare in the region. Featured speakers include Dr. Karen DeSalvo (former Acting Assistant Secretary of Health at the US Department of Health and Human Services), Louisiana Health Secretary, Dr. Rebekah Gee, and peer community health center leadership.
The forum will bring together approximately 150 participants, including physicians, social workers, care managers, and administrators, representing health centers and other partners from the Gulf Region.
