The quantity (and quality) of the sleep you get is a potent player in your health and your ability to function, enjoy life, and relate well to others.  The legal profession heightens the busyness of our modern world and pushes lawyers to treat sleep as expendable.  Poor sleep can create physical and psychological distress that appears to be caused by other problems in life.  Sleep deprivation can remain unaddressed while those identified problems are treated with medication, changes in circumstances or simply "gutting it out," a particular favorite in your profession.  This presentation will address why you need enough good quality sleep, how your habits influence your sleep, and how you can improve sleep and quite possibly improve your life.
