October 4, 2017: Avon Library: Developing Your Business Plan 

If you want to start a business or have already done so, and don't have a plan, you may find yourself going off in the wrong direction. We will explore issues that you must consider in developing your business plan, outline questions you might want to answer before committing to your dream, and discuss the elements of the business plan and how to get started in developing one.

Our speaker, Bob Cohen,

is a trusted advisor and mentor who leads teams to achieve outstanding sales and market goals.  He has held positions with Marriott, PSAV, and Encore Event Technologies.  Positions included Business Development, Regional Sales and Vice President of Sales.  His experience includes strategic business development, incorporating use of CRM systems, internal/external communications strategies, support of field, regional and corporate infrastructures and creation of sales presentation materials for new account growth.

Bob has served as a Director on the board of International Association of Conferfence Centers and is a member of MPE and PCMA.  He is currrently chair of SCORE'S Marketing Committee.
