2017 Low- to Moderate-Income Lending Conference Lansing, MI

Do you wish to better understand programs available to support your low- to moderate-income customers?

For the first time, the Advantage Mortgage Purchase Program team at FHLBank Indianapolis will host a special conference on low- to moderate-income lending.

Please join us on November 2, as we host the 2017 Low- to Moderate-Income Lending Conference with NationalMI and Freedom Mortgage. This meeting is for our FHLBank members and their community partners who are interested in gaining a full understanding of the products in the marketplace to promote homeownership with low- to moderate-income borrowers.

Topics

Understanding Fannie Mae’s HomeReady and Freddie Mac’s Home Possible low down payment purchase programs

Learn about the low down payment home-buying options and expanded eligibility for low- to moderate-income homebuyers offered through HomeReady and Home Possible programs. NationalMI’s Ryan Evans will present the benefits for each program.

Reviewing the Homeownership Initiative grants available from FHLBank Indianapolis

Each year, FHLBank Indianapolis partners with our members to offer three grant programs designed to address the homeownership needs of families throughout the life cycle of homeownership. These grants can help cover down payment costs, home repairs, and aging-in-place adaptations. Rori Chaney, Community Lending Manager at FHLBank Indianapolis will review the initiatives that are available to your low- to moderate-income borrowers.

Government Lending Products

Whether it’s the low down payment options available through an FHA loan, financing and down payment flexibility for Veterans through a VA loan, or flexible financing for rural and agricultural areas through a USDA loan, learn how your customers can take advantage of a variety of government programs. Freedom Mortgage brings their expertise to the conference by demonstrating what low- to moderate-income programs are best for your borrowers.

Snacks and beverages will be provided during the event.

We hope you can join fellow FHLBank Indianapolis members and community partners
at this interactive and educational event.
