Steak Dinner &
Board of Directors Election

The IECRM State of the Industry Dinner & Board of Directors Election is open to all members and partners that make up IECRM. This annual business event brings together the full spectrum of IECRM members for a State of IECRM and State of the Industry presentation, and the Board of Directors elections. IECRM is now accepting nominations for the 2018-19 Board of Directors. Click here to learn more about how to submit your nomination for the 2018-19 IECRM B.O.D. election. Nominations are due Friday, October 27 at 5:00pm.

CEO Marilyn Akers Stansbury, along with other key speakers, will recognize notable accomplishments of our industry during the year and address the important challenges the industry and region faces, as well as business opportunities in the upcoming year. During the dinner, members will hear brief speeches from the Board of Director nominees and then will be invited to cast their vote if they have not yet voted online.

  • Cabernet Poached Pear: With Honey Gorgonzola on a Baguette Crisp
  • Mini Maryland Crab Cakes: Made with lump Blue Crab drizzled with Red Pepper Aioli Sauce

Dinner

  • Wedge Salad: Iceberg lettuce wedge with red onions, smoked bacon crumbles, tomatoes & Maytag blue cheese
  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Traditional Idaho Duchess potatoes that are mashed, with a hint of garlic then piped and finished in the oven to a golden brown.
  • Filet mignon: Marinated in red wine, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic & Herbs, then grilled & topped with a light rosemary & garlic demi-glace, served with seasonal Colorado vegetables

The new location for our annual business event and steak dinner is the historic Wellshire Inn and Event Center, centrally located on South Colorado Boulevard. Built in 1926, this Denver landmark is full of ambience and nostalgia, and some of the best steak in town. Guests will be greeted with passed hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail to enjoy networking in the spacious Onyx Lounge prior to dinner and the presentations. 

This annual event is a great networking opportunity for IECRM member companies to get together in a warm atmosphere to celebrate the energy, electrical and construction industry. We'll celebrate the past year’s milestones and plan for new opportunities in 2018.
