WSIB Issues in Construction

CCPartners' Construction Law Series will consist of numerous seminars providing insight on mutliple topics related to the Construction Industry. 

This seminar led by Rob Boswell, Counsel, and Andrew Cogswell, Associate, will review the new WSIB Rate Framework and imminent changes to the employer classifications, premium setting and experience rating (CAD-7).

We will also review the new WSIB administrative penalties relating to non-reporting of accidents and claim suppression.

A nominal fee of $25.00 for attendance is required with all proceeds to be provided to a charitable cause in Sudbury.
