If your organization hasn’t developed a strategic plan, or hasn’t done planning in a while, this session will provide an effective & efficient approach that incorporates an innovative means of assessing how the external environment impacts your organization. Participants will complete an environmental analysis during the session that will strengthen your SWOT analysis and ensure your plan reflects the world around you. Upon completing this session, you will leave with these key elements needed to develop your Strategic Plan.
