Exhibitors may reserve up to two adjoining tables. Wall space and double tables are limited. Space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will try to honor all requests. Each 6-foot draped table includes four chairs and wireless Internet access. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS APPLICATION.

“SHOW & TELL” DAY
ATTENDEE RULES AND REGULATIONS

 Admission to Show & Tell Day is restricted to MDA members.   

Exhibit move-in will be from 9-11 AM, followed by a short business meeting and exhibit hours from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

New! MDA Shark Tank! From 4:30 – 5:30 PM, we will announce three Best in Show products selected during the day by “secret shoppers.” and the manufacturer representatives will have a maximum five minutes to pitch their product to a panel of major distributors, who will offer feedback about the product and the pitch. The winner, selected by the distributor panel, will receive a guaranteed distribution deal from one of our distributor panelist companies. Move-out will begin at 5:30 PM, along with a casual closing reception with hors-d’oeuvres, hosted bar from 6:00 – 7:00 PM and drawings for prizes.

Beverages and snacks will be provided throughout the day.   

NO SUITCASING OR OUTBOARDING - Suitcasing is the act by suppliers soliciting business in the ballroom or other public areas of the show or in another company’s display without having purchased exhibit space. This includes distributing literature or marketing materials of any kind on the trade show floor. Outboarding is the act of conducting meetings with conference participants off the show floor (in hotels, restaurants, parking lots and other venues) without having purchased display space at the show or securing advance permission of convention management. Please respect the exhibitors who support the MDA Show & Tell Day by investing significant time and money planning and executing their participation.
