Chef Sharyn Singer, who has been catering for years when she is not Chef-ing at The Cliffside Inn, has her finger on the pulse of what guests enjoy eating and what her clients always ask for more of. She’ll feature a variety of hot and cold hors d’ oeuvres to include recipes featuring meat, fish, vegetables and gluten-free options.We’ll taste everything we prepare and taste wines that pair well with an eclectic menu.
