Why not serve heavy hors d’ oeuvres or small plates and let your guests happily graze through a varied selection of creative and delicious easy to pick up and eat menu items. Chef Sharyn Singer, who has been catering for years when she is not Chef-ing at The Cliffside Inn, has her finger on the pulse of what guests enjoy eating and what her clients always ask for more Delicious Hors d' Oeuvres of.  She’ll feature a variety of hot and cold hors d’ oeuvres to include recipes featuring meat, fish, vegetables and gluten-free options.We’ll taste everything we prepare and taste wines that pair well with an eclectic menu.
