Chef Deja Hart is also the Manager of the Coastal Growers Market and loves using fresh and locally grown and produced ingredients in her culinary creations. In this hands on class perfect for pairs she’ll teach us to make: Maitake Mushroom Strudel, Lions Mane, Celery Root and Brussels Sprout Hash, Shiitake Broccoli Latkes, and MLTs - mushroom, tomato and lettuce sandwich with king oyster mushroom "bacon". We’ll eat everything we make in class and taste wine & beer to compliment this hearty menu.
