THE LARGEST SUMMER CAMP EXPO IN THE REGION
Summerfare is an evening for exhibitors to present materials and talk with public and private elementary, middle and upper / high school students and their parents about summer programs, internships, and camp opportunities.
The event is promoted throughout Fairfield County with ads placed in local newpapers, magazines and online news feeds. Over 5,000 invitations are sent to Greenwich Public School families and private school families are notified as well.
Set-up time begins at 4:30 p.m. in the Student Center. A parking area will be reserved for exhibitors. We will have students on hand to assist you with unloading and set-up. Each organization will be provided one 4' x 4' table and chair(s). A second table may be arranged for an additional charge. You are welcome to bring your own signs (provided they do not exceed the table width), brochures, and displays. If you have a program video, and need an electrical hook-up, you can reserve an table with electricity for an addtional charge but they are limited.
A light supper will be served. Last year over 80 exhibitors and 500+ attendees joined us. Looking forward to seeing you on January 24th!
