Keep Georgia Beautiful Foundation Awards Luncheon

We are excited for this year, as the 39th Annual Awards Luncheon is an opportunity to come together and celebrate the affiliate network and honor those whose ongoing efforts exemplify leadership in protecting Georgia’s environment.

Our guest speaker will be Tom Mills.  Tom is a media professional and the creator of GreenShortz, an online environmental video channel.  With a 20 year background in communications, he has developed a passion for finding new ideas and creative solutions to being green in his day-to-day life, even traveling the globe to learn ways in which people utilize sustainable practices around the world.  Through his travels and everyday discoveries, Tom produces educational and DIY short videos designed to help people discover quick and easy ways in which to live greener lives everyday.  His videos cover the whole spectrum of green, from litter and recycling to water and energy to green building and infrastructure - even ways to put a little 'green' back in your pockets!  The mission of GreenShortz is to help people take small steps that create lasting change.

And be sure to arrive early and join us for our pre-luncheon    Exhibitor Showcase and Networking Event, which will take place from 10:00AM - 12PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to network with businesses, organizations, affiliates and individuals from across the state who are all working to keep Georgia beautiful!
