Partners for Employment (PFE) is a program at UNM’s Center for Development and Disability. We provide training and resources to advance promising practices for inclusive employment in New Mexico.
Our goal is improve outcomes for people with intellectual disabilities, resulting in inclusive, meaningful employment for real wages.

Doug Crandell is a subject matter expert in Customized Employment with the Employment First State Leadership Mentoring Program at the US Department of Labor, Office of Disability Employment Policy. His area of expertise is using evidence-based supported employment practices to help support people with complex barriers to work.
