Blocking Demo and Hands On Workshop--Saturday October 21 11am-1pm 

Blocking is the step that takes your knitting or crocheting from great to outstanding! This crucial step adds professionalism to a completed piece and gives you the opportunity to fine tune the design, gauge, size and more. 

Join us for this session on how to block your knit or crochet pieces of all kinds. We will be discussing several strategies for completing this process in the best way that suits your fiber, stitch pattern and size piece. 

We ask that you bring at least one piece along with you to practice blocking on so you can ask plenty of questions as you go! Whether it is a sweater, swatch, scarf or shawl, bring it on down and we will help you figure out how best to block it. 

Meeting: Saturday October 21 11am-1pm

Materials: Bring one completed piece to practice blocking on, we will provide materials to borrow for the actual blocking.
