Alley Cat Yoga - Yoga Teacher Training 

Ashley Jonas and Dave Frenz both ERYT200 yoga teachers will be offering this intensive yoga teacher training at Alley Cat Yoga - Tomah WI. The course has been approved by Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour yoga teacher training program. This is an intensive program with a start and end date in June of 2018.

Our background

Become a yoga teacher and deepen your practice. Alley Cat Yoga (ACY) 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training runs June 8–27, 2018, lead by expert teachers Ashley Jonas and Dave Frenz, both E-RYT. The emphasis of ACY Teacher Training is confidence in communication and understanding of how to teach a vinyasa power yoga class. In our ACY power yoga classes, we gain flexibility, balance and strength in both mind and body through carefully crafted breath-based sequences. We consider each ACY power yoga class to be on and off mat life training.
