2017 NJCCA Fall Symposium
The New Jersey Child Care Association (NJCCA) is the only statewide membership organization that represents owners and directors of private child care. Join us Saturday, November 4, 2017 for the 2017 NJCCA Fall Leadership Symposium, which will be held at St. Mary's Parish Hall, 1 Phalanx Road, Colts Neck, NJ 07722. Registration begins at 7:30 am.

“Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) in Child Care.”
Child care centers are required to be adequately prepared to respond to the needs of children and others in the event of disasters and emergencies. Is your center ready in case an emergency strikes?

TWO MORNING SESSIONS (10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.)
(1) Teachers’ Track: “You, Me & Special Needs in the Classroom.”
This training will delve into the developmentally appropriate ways of meeting children's individual needs along with the role you play in supporting your staff and the parents.

(2) Directors’ Track: “What you don’t know, will hurt you: Navigating Rules & Regulations.”
Lead in my drinking water, indoor air quality certification, lawn treatment and pesticides. These and other regulations, not found in the Child Care Manual, may affect you.
