Social Media is not the latest shiny marketing toy used to lure unsuspecting buyers into a sleazy used car dealership. Your current and future customers are using it. As the world changes faster and faster around us with each passing year, making it cost effective to serve niche markets, and as our modes of communication have grown, Social Media provides a platform to target the correct customer with your product or service to solve a problem they need solved (or did not know they had).
This 3 part Series covers the basics of Social Media, from creating and implementing your strategy to measuring your outcomes.
Part 1: The first part covers the basics of Social Media, usage, platforms, user demographics, and understanding its impact.
Part 2: Here we dive deeper into Social Media strategies and Implementation. Selecting the right Social Media Platform(s), understanding your current customer, your correct customer, content creation and social and cultural norms on Social media.
Part 3: This part focuses on analyzing the outcome of your Social Media strategy and correcting course mid-way, if required. We dive into a high-level view of analytics and why you should, and should not care about them (too much).
This workshop is brought to you by SCORE Boston and presented by SCORE mentor Rahul Sheth.
