Representative Matters
•    Successfully negotiated the resolution of a complicated estate valued in excess of $25 million,
complete with provisions for the liquidation of property and support, and division of substantial
assets, investments, and venture capital partnership interests.
•    Achieved a significant upward modification of child support owed to the client based on the
executive payor's stock awards and other non-cash compensation.
•    Successfully traced a decade-old, separate property claim, and obtained repayment of significant
funds siphoned out of community bank accounts to an account held in the name of a third party.
•    Secured 11 findings of breaches of fiduciary duty against a party who fraudulently misrepresented
the nature and extent of income and the estate.
•    Settled a custody and visitation dispute that had been in active litigation for years, granting
additional parenting time to the client, and leveraging an alternative dispute resolution mechanism
to keep the parties out of court.
•    Obtained orders in a complex dissolution matter permitting the client to move with the parties' child,
and transferring venue to the new county of residence.
•    Established a permanent guardianship amidst a tri-state jurisdictional dispute, successfully
opening and maintaining a case in the State of California to the benefit of the children and the
     guardians.
