Join us on Thursday, December 7, 2017, for the Region 6 Critical Infrastructure Working Group Cybersecurity Workshop. Engage in timely discussions on current cyber threats and how stakeholders can partner together as a region to increase the cybersecurity and resilience of our infrastructure.
The cybersecurity workshop will follow-up on the important lessons learned during the Emerald Down V Cybersecurity Exercise earlier this spring. It will focus on key takeaways from Emerald Down V, including developing and maturing public-private connections, protocols for reporting cyber incidents, and utilizing regional resources that could assist during a cybersecurity incident.
The workshop will include:
Who Should Attend: Emergency managers, cybersecurity directors and managers, law enforcement, IT support staff, business continuity professionals, control systems technicians, all private and public sector cyber security stakeholders. The time is now to know who to call in an emergency.
This cybersecurity workshop is funded by the Department of Homeland Security through the King County Office of Emergency Region 6 Critical Infrastructure Working Group.
Cost to Attend: Free. Continental networking breakfast and lunch will be provided.
