The program aims to reinforce healthy relationships between partners, and between parents and children, with an emphasis on self-awareness, trauma and resiliency, parenting strengths, communication and working through conflict.

The goal is to give a new generation the opportunity to grow up in a violence free family. Group will be lead by two experienced facilitators who have knowledge in a variety of Indigenous cultures, teachings and ways of life.

Sessions will occur every Thursday between November 16 to December 14 from 5:30 - 7:30pm at the Family Education and Support Centre.
