MA DOR Hardship Program and Other New Department Initiatives 

Please join us on Nov. 15th, for our meeting- "MA DOR Hardship Program and Other New Initiatives." This program will not count for IRS CPE.

Ed Coyle, MA DOR Bureau Chief, and Alan Ferullo, MA DOR Hardship Supervisor, will introduce the new MA DOR Hardship Program qualifications and procedures. MA DOR Taxpayer Advocate Dana Ackerman will review recent changes to MA DOR filing procedures and present the initiatives to be implemented for this upcoming filing season. Even though MaSEA members can email TaxAdvocate@dor.state.ma.us at any time with questions and issues, this annual event is always a very interactive session. No IRS CPE is available for this meeting.

CPE credits count toward fulfillment of the Continuing Professional Education requirements of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the Massachusetts Society of Enrolled Agents and the Internal Revenue Service. Except education credits for state tax courses will not count toward IRS requirements under Circular 230.
