Ed Coyle, MA DOR Bureau Chief, and Alan Ferullo, MA DOR Hardship Supervisor, will introduce the new MA DOR Hardship Program qualifications and procedures. MA DOR Taxpayer Advocate Dana Ackerman will review recent changes to MA DOR filing procedures and present the initiatives to be implemented for this upcoming filing season. Even though MaSEA members can email TaxAdvocate@dor.state.ma.us at any time with questions and issues, this annual event is always a very interactive session. No IRS CPE is available for this meeting.
