Don't miss the last Michael David Dinner, Ft. New Release Zinfandel, GREED!

Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her Normal Heights pop-up location, Proprietor's Reserve Wine Bar, for a fabulous night of Michael David's epic wines! Most well known for their 7 Deadly Zins, this Lodi winery produces an array of high end zinfandels, each gaining its namesake from a cardinal sin. In addition to a great line up of single vineyard zins, we're also very excited to be pouring the extremely limited new release zin, GREED. John Mangiaracina will be joining us from the winery to provide insights into the winery and winemaking philosophy of Michael David. If you've never heard about the winery or had the wines, this is a great chance to find out why Michael David has a true cult following. Chef Erin will be pairing each of the 5 wines with its own dinner course.  Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from John. Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to crafting a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food & educational insights! Please see below for additional dinner details and a registration link.

Savory Cornmeal Waffle with Sicilian Chicken Sausage, Parmesan and Pancetta on Baby Greens. Topped with Oregano Pesto, Shaved Grana Pandano and Black Forest Bacon Crumble

Arugula + Romano Ravioli in Romesco Sauce with Smoked Mozzarella Cream, Blackened Portobello, Pork Sausage Crumble and Fresh Spinach

Chef Erin's Shi Shi Taco with Spice Rubbed Slow Roasted + Seared Pork Belly, Horseradsh White Cheddar Drizzle, Caramelized Eggplant, Crispy Tuscan Kale, and Hickory Bacon + Pomegranate Gremolata in Green Chile Flour + Corn Tortilla
