Jeanette R. Flory-Sagan, LEED AP - Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management, Bentall Kennedy.

Jeanette joined Bentall Kennedy, a full-service registered real estate investment advisor, in 1998 and was a principal of the firm prior to the sale to Sun Life Investment Management Company in October 2015.  She is currently the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management of the Multi-Employer Property Trust (“MEPT”), a $7 billion open end, commingled fund of office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets totaling over 31 million square feet.  She has responsibility for Asset Management of several strategic assets within the portfolio and leads several initiatives for the Fund.

Ms. Flory joined Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, Inc. as Assistant Vice President – Asset Management with responsibility for a $500 million portfolio of Separate Account assets.  She was elevated to Team Leader – Asset Management in 1999 with responsibility for three Separate Account Client portfolios as well as one Kennedy closed end fund.  In 2002, she relocated to Washington, DC to establish and lead the Asset Management team, the first asset management team to be located outside of the Seattle, Washington headquarters.  In 2008, she was made Principal and Director of Asset Management, the first female partner in the firm’s 30 year history.  In 2010, Kennedy fully integrated with its Canadian partner, Bentall to form what is now Bentall Kennedy (U.S.) LP.  In October, 2015 the firm was acquired by Sun Life Investment Management Company.

From 1993 to 1998, Ms. Flory-Sagan was an Asset Manager employed by IBEX Institutional Advisors, a pension fund advisor based in Coral Gables, Florida. While with IBEX, she also headed up the due diligence activities company wide. Prior to that time, Ms. Flory-Sagan was involved in acquisitions and finance for several Dallas-based real estate investment and brokerage firms.

She is a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Virginia Tech undergraduate Real Estate Program where she is focused on the Career Development Committee.  She is a member of  the 2017-2018 CREW Network Board of Directors where she is the Education Committee co-liaison.  She is a Woman of Vision for the CREW Network Foundation.  She was formerly a board member for CREW Seattle and CREW Miami serving as Treasurer and Membership Director, respectively. She was recently name one of Real Estate Forum’s 2017 Women of Influence.  She served on the Executive Board as Treasurer for the City of Coral Gables Business Improvement District in its initial year. Ms. Flory received a BS degree in education from Bowling Green State University. She has been a supporter of Autism Speaks since 2012 including financial, grant review and support of numerous programs. In 2016, she was recognized for her significant support of Autism Speaks Light It Up Blue event when she “lit” more buildings than anyone in the history of the organization.  

Monetha Cobb, Managing Director for Franklin Street Real Estate Services

Monetha specializes in retail tenant services throughout the Southeast. As the frontrunner for Franklin Street’s Retail Tenant Services Group, she has led the team to more than $220 million in closed lease deals since 2010. She has more than 15 years of experience in tenant representation for nationally-recognized retailers, focusing on leasing and land brokerage.

Mrs. Cobb is a trusted advisor for top-of-class retailers who have depended on her expertise and relationships to guide strategy and execution of their retail rollout including; PNC Bank, Dollar Tree Stores, Bealls Outlet, Cabela’s, and Planet Fitness. By focusing on retailers’ entire real estate life cycle – from strategy development to store opening – she has ensured success for both building relationships and multiple objectives for her clients.

Consistently one of Atlanta’s top retail producers, Mrs. Cobb has received Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award the last five years in a row. She was recognized with the 2013 and 2015 Leadership Award for her outstanding leadership skills. She earned the 2014 and 2011 Top Earner award, the 2011 Largest Leasing Fee award and was one of Franklin Street’s first qualifiers for its company-wide rewards trip. She has been recognized with several other honors including being named Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate in 2016 and a 2014 Up & Comer by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Bisnow’s 2014 Atlanta Power Woman in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Forum’s Woman of Influence in 2013 and 2015, and CoStar’s Power Broker Award in 2011, 2013 and 2016. She is a prominent member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the board as the 2017 President for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta. In addition to her role as Managing Director, Mrs. Cobb is a member of Franklin Street’s Board of Directors. She also serves her community supporting several local groups including Camp Twin Lakes and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation.

In 1999, Mrs. Cobb graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia.

In his role as Development Manager, his efforts are focused mainly on multi million dollar  mixed-use projects located in the Greater Baltimore/Washington, D.C., Richmond , VA and Charleston ,SC. Mr. Olson has a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Management from Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia. He currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA with his wife and two children.Mr. Olson joined Armada Hoffler Properties in 2013.
