Lunch, beverages and snacks are not provided at Youth Ag Day. Picnic areas are available and classes are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks to be enjoyed at the Fairgrounds.
Additional information and event details will be provided to you by the beginning of March.
Bus Funding Requests: Thanks to sponsor donations, the Solano County Fair Association has limited funds to assist with transportation costs. If your school would like to be considered for funding, a "Bus Funding Request Form" must be submitted separately. (Form available on the Ag Day page at SCFair.com) Schools are encouraged to consider car pooling and/or seeking donations from your local community to cover your transportation costs. Bus funding amounts must be approved in advance and invoices submitted by May 10, 2018 to qualify for payment by the Solano County Fair Association.
