Due Diligence for Supervisors - What is it? Why do I need it? How do I get it?

CCPartners' Construction Law Series will consist of numerous seminars providing insight on mutliple topics related to the Construction Industry. 

This seminar led by Karen Fields, Partner, is to inform front-line supervisors about how to achieve due diligence as it relates to the role of supervisor. A checklist will also be provided to help you establish due diligence.

The Seminar will cover:

• What is due diligence;
• What the courts look for in a supervisor's defence; and
• Whether employers are protected by the actions of their supervisors.

A nominal fee of $25.00 for attendance is required with all proceeds to be provided to the Down Syndrome Association of Sudbury.
