Fort Worth - Chapter 120

Sexual harassment has taken center stage in the past few months, but it’s not a new employment issue.  Over the years, we’ve seen first-hand how sexual harassment can create an expensive liability, lower employee morale, and damage an organization’s reputation.

Be proactive!  Don’t let the negative effects of sexual harassment harm your organization.  Learn about the practical steps you can take to avoid sexual harassment at your workplace.

Business Owners, Managers and Supervisors will learn:

  • How to recognize and respond to sexual harassment in the workplace
  • Your legal and ethical responsibilities to employees
  • What should be in your harassment policy
  • How to manage the complaint and investigation process
  • Steps for fostering a harassment-free culture.
