Year-End Finance Best Practices

The end of the year is critical time for businesses. Just as people use it as an opportunity to self-reflect and set New Year’s resolutions, business owners are wise to do the same. Unfortunately, the intersection of financial jargon, evolving tax requirements, and conflicting priorities cause many business owners to under-invest in finance during this time of year. Paro has developed a comprehensive checklist to close out your 2017 financials and set your business up for a painless tax season. But more importantly, they will review strategies to evaluate financial performance over the past year and parlay that into actionable plans for the year ahead.

You will walk away from the workshop with:
1) Checklist to close out your 2017 financials
2) Tax tips, tricks, and deadlines
3) Strategies to evaluate 2017 performance and use insights to set a 2018 plan

This year-end workshop will include best practices around:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable analysis
- Inventory
- 1099s
- Close books / prepare for tax filings
- Quick overview of KPIs
- Quick overview of budgeting / cash flow forecasting
