Speaker Bios:

Blayne Smith - Blayne Smith is the President of GORUCK, a fast-growing company that creates gear, events, and apparel inspired by military special operations.  With legions of raving fans, GORUCK is committed to building the world's toughest gear, and tougher people. Blayne previously served as Executive Director of Team Red, White, and Blue (Team RWB).  As Team RWB’s first employee, he led the development, growth, and operation of what has become America’s fastest growing Veteran-serving nonprofit organization.  With chapters in over 200 cities, Team RWB now serves more than 140,000 members (growing at over 100 per day) and enriches their lives by connecting them to their community through fitness, service, and leadership. A West Point graduate and former Special Forces officer, Blayne served combat tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan.  He was the distinguished honor graduate of the Army’s Ranger School and has earned numerous military awards including three Bronze Stars, one with “V” device for valor. Blayne is married with three young children and lives in Neptune Beach, Florida, where he spends most of his free time rucking, surfing, skating, or CrossFitting.  

Scott Mann -  Scott Mann is a retired Green Beret who spent almost 23 years in the U.S. Army. He is now a storyteller, leadership coach, and real estate entrepreneur. Scott is the co-founder of a non-profit organization called Warrior Voice, which helps military veterans and their families find their voice and tell their story after leaving the service. Scott regularly appears as on Fox News, CNN, Fox Business News, NPR Radio, and other outlets to talk about combatting ISIS, veteran issues, and other leadership topics. Scott has a weekly podcast called the MannUp Report and has a ton of helpful content available at Mannup.com.

Justin Constantine - Justin Constantine served as a Marine officer for 16 years, and after 15 years of working as a lawyer, now runs his own business as an inspirational speaker and leadership consultant.  Justin is also a Presidential Leadership Scholar, and a Senior Advisor at Hiring Our Heroes. His writing on military and leadership issues has been featured in such outlets as CNN, Time, the Washington Post, The Atlantic, Forbes magazine, and USA Today. In 2012, the Virginia Legislature passed a resolution highlighting Justin’s continued support of veterans and other wounded warriors.  In 2015, he co-founded the Veteran Success Resource Group, a military nonprofit organization that provides personalized networking opportunities for motivated veterans.  He is currently writing a book about veteran employment, which will be published by the Society for Human Resource Management in 2018.

Travis Krauss - A combat veteran of the U.S. Special Operations Command, serving in 1st Ranger Battalion and 1st SFOD–D. Following active duty service in special operations, was selected as a civilian instructor and trainer for Special Forces and then Joint Special Operations Command. From there, transitioned into the corporate sector and assisted in business development. Have since founded the development of Operational Postured Security Alliance, LLC (OPS Alliance). OPS Alliance designs and executes training exercises and programs all around the country, primarily for the DoD and DoS Special Operations sector, but also within the corporate arena providing various security services, to include electronic information exploitation and red cell operations. Additionally and most recently founded an entertainment based firm.

Abbey Woodcock - Abbey Woodcock is a copywriter and marketing strategist for best-selling authors and multi-million dollar entrepreneurs, with clients all over the world. She helps businesses clearly articulate their core message in order to spur action. She is also a regional communications manager and lead chainsaw instructor for Team Rubicon, an organization that uses the skills of military veterans for domestic and international disaster response.

KC Baney - KC Baney served in the US Army for 10 years and is passionate about helping fellow veterans make the best use of skills they acquired in the military. KC has put his skills for creating and implementing systems, dealing with fluid and complex environments, and managing resources to work in civilian business as a project manager. He also serves in the non-profit sector as a member of Team Rubicon’s Incident Management Team and an Incident Command System Instructor.

Phil Randazzo - Phil Randazzo is a second generation Sicilian who learned early on from his father that this country offers the greatest opportunities in the world. At a young age, he quickly learned the value of hard work. From busing tables at his father’s restaurants to working three summer jobs from age fifteen until graduating college, to starting his first company at age twenty-four. His time is currently being spent writing, consulting, and developing a National Entrepreneurship and Coaching program called American Dream U, held at military bases around the world. American Dream U is a nonprofit organization that assists the military transitioning into civilian life. The program, taught by some of the world’s best and most successful entrepreneurs.
