Leadership Design Academy

Year 2

Join us for the continuation of the Leadership Design Academy! This second two-day event will position teams to move deeper in the Implementation of their design plan, with a focus on Iteration and Expansion processes.

Ideas and outcomes include:
  •  reflect on and revise Year One ideas and designs
  •  update strategic action plan based on benchmark data
  •  determine next steps with your customized personalized learning model
  •  draft the next “look fors” and milestones for the iterative process
  •  position your personalized learning work toward expansion and systemic change

There are three different design sessions available. Choose the one that works best for your team:

The Leadership Design Academy is based on a two year cycle. Fee is $2200 per year for a team of up to 8 participants.

Year 2: Revision/Expansion/Systemic Change

  • 2-day design session
  • 2 full cohort showcase sessions (Nov 2018/Feb 2019)
