Learn how to unlock the hidden job market by using effective job development strategies so that you can shift from simply reviewing job postings to actively engaging employers to meet the needs of job seekers with disabilities.
This session will use case examples, real-time employer research, and discussion and feedback to better equip those doing Job Development in the practice of economic development, resource ownership and job creation.
