Job Development & the Hidden Job Market

NOTE THE TIME FOR THIS TRAINING HAS CHANGED TO 9AM-12PM.  THANKS!

The hidden job market is a term used to describe jobs that aren't posted online or advertised. Learn how to unlock the hidden job market by using effective job development strategies so that you can shift from simply reviewing job postings to actively engaging employers to meet the needs of job seekers with disabilities.

This session will use case examples, real-time employer research, and discussion and feedback to better equip those doing Job Development in the practice of economic development, resource ownership and job creation.

There is no cost for this training thanks to our funding partners, Department of Health/Developmental Disabilities Supports Division and New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitaiton.

Registration for this training is required.  Please register today!
