Plan for adulthood for your teen with developmental disabilities... at TRAILS in May 2018!
Some individuals with developmental disabilities need assistance as adults managing their life decisions and financial affairs. Some will need full guardianship, in which a court designates someone to manage their affairs. This session will talk about the legal ramifications of guardianship, the process of obtaining guardianship, and other support options that may be appropriate.
