Complete HMDA Workshop

Join us for the chance to review all of the regulatory changes including: effective dates, an overview of changes to reporting requirements, data collection requirements and how they will affect you and different scenarios that you may run into with the new HMDA rules! Intensive Information Review Package

Day 1

Day one consists of an intensive review of all of the regulatory changes including: effective dates, an overview of changes to reporting requirements, key definitions and in-depth explanations of each of the 54 data elements required to be reported beginning January 1, 2018.

Day 2

We will dive deeper on day two by providing an informative explanation of the new reporting requirements and how all these rule changes will affect you. We will discuss data collection requirements and talk about some available tools to get you started and briefly review Action Plans for those of you who may have missed our webinar. Lastly, we will provide an in-depth explanation of the rules for collecting and reporting Ethnicity, Sex and Race, including the transition rules.

Scenarios Package

Day 3

Day three consists of a three part scenario workshop. We will begin with customer scenarios and illustrate how the demographic information should be collected and reported. The second workshop involves Q&A scenarios, along with several true/false questions, addressing how you collect many of the other data elements. Wrapping up, the last workshop demonstrates how to gather reportable data, fill out our data worksheet and complete our data collection register (much like the loan application register that is no more) through the use of scenarios.
