2017 PA Legal Aid Network Mortgage Foreclosure Training 

PLAN and Community Legal Services are proud to announce an all-day training on mortgage foreclosure.  This beginner-level course is designed for advocates new to the field of mortgage foreclosure.  We will introduce relevant law, case strategies, and the basic litigation process.  This training is open to all PLAN program members, and intended for attorneys and support staff.

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 5 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.

Registration

Registration is free to staff of  PA Legal Aid Network (PLAN) programs including: CJP, CLS, FoF, LLS, LASP, MPLS, NLSA, NPLS, NWLS, PHLP, PILP, PLA, PULP, RHLS and SWPLS. 

Registration for Government staff is $50.00.
Registration for all others is $175.00.

Registration includes lunch. 

Registration for this event closes on December 13, 2017.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a fee of $50 charged for all cancellations received after December 14, regardless of whether it is a “legal aid network registration” or a “non-legal aid registration.
