Appraisal 101: AMCs and Accurate Reconsiderations
Join FAMP and Class Appraisal for an informative webinar titled "Appraisal 101: AMC's and Accurate Reconsiderations" on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 1pm to 2pm ET.
The presentation will cover a variety of information in regards to Appraisals and AMCs. Some of the specific topics covered will be: do's, don'ts and tips for processing a successful Reconsideration of Value (ROV), brief overview of how to read an appraisal and what areas of an Appraisal may trigger a Reconsideration, general tips in working with an AMC, and explanation on why Appraisals are so highly regulated and why AMC's have the rules in place that they do.
