In the 18 years I have been training I have yet had that questioned answered in a manner that leaves me feeling like I have a better understanding of what the secondary market is all about.

This course will teach the agent several key things about the secondary mortgage market. Things ranging from why it was created to several of the specific benefits it provides the mortgage market place.

The agent will walk away understanding how loans are bought and sold, what part of a loan is sold, who the services of a loan are, what function MBS’a play and also what Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae are?
