This in-depth course will also teach you the inner workings of a Reverse Mortgage in areas ranging from the larger view of “Borrower Qualifications” to the details of “how an interest rate is determined”.
This course in addition will debunk the myths surrounding Reverse Mortgages. To this day 90% of people surveyed believe that “The Bank owns their Home” when they do a Reverse Mortgage. Naturally, that is 100% opposite of the truth, yet the myth prevails. There are at least a dozen addition similar myths that can best be dispelled through proper training and education.
