Give Every Dollar a Job

(How to Work with Irregular Income as You Start or Grow Your Business)

Budgeting is such a dirty word.  But what if you could reimagine it as a “strategic spending plan” which gave your business the competitive edge it needed to succeed in today’s marketplace?  With companies and governments going without a budget, you’ll be surprised at how learning to plan for your financial future month or year will dramatically improve your odds at business success.

This workshop begins with an overview of the importance of paying yourself first in your business.  We review the 4 core rules for budgeting, including “Give Every Dollar a Job” “Roll with the Punches” “Save for a Rainy Day” and “Live on Last Month’s Income”.  We also determine what each business owner should be paying themselves as they start their business, even if they are just getting started.  We review several budgeting softwares, and demo one in particular which works for planning out the business (and your personal) financial future!
