So you’ve invented something -                                                NOW WHAT?

And you thought getting your idea to the minimum viable product (MVP) stage was tough - now what do you do?  Do you seek out VC funding, private investors - how do you pitch to them?  What do you say?                                In this interactive session, you’ll start practicing your pitch whether it’s for funding or joint ventures or to an actual potential client.

Pro-athletes practice before their big game and so should entrepreneurs and inventors! This will be a safe environment where partner up and no one gets singled out, but you get feedback that will make your pitches 10x better!

Bio: Patti Pokorchak, MBA is an award-winning marketing and sales executive, with 30+ years of experience at IBM, Siemens, and many start-up companies.  She has been self-employed since 1992 and helped start and run a 7-figure 20 employee software company for 10 years before opening a thriving garden centre and hobby farm, despite knowing nothing about farming.

As a female tech pioneer, Patti says she was born with a computer in her pocket and was hired by IBM while still a teenager with a 3-year diploma in programming. Although she was a shy introvert, she was making six-figures at IBM by the time she was 25, when she decided that there had to be more to life than climbing the corporate ladder. Wanting to live a life with no regrets, she left for a year of travel in Europe and after a 30-year detour, she returned to her hometown of Toronto.

Patti says “If I can be a farmer, then you can be anything you want to be — as long as you master sales and marketing your products.”  She loves to turn passions into profit with her proven practical advice.  Patti is the author of The Accidental Farmer: Adventures of a Serial Entrepreneur, which is NOT about farming but an interesting entrepreneurial life.
