Through this series of three workshops you will learn to: 1) Know your customer; 2) Know what they want; 3) Give it to them. This 1-2-3 rule will help you understand who is the most important ingredient in your business. You will also learn about the small business life cycle, where you are in the cycle – and if it’s where you want to be. For example, is now the right time to expand your business, hire more staff, or invest in resources to help deal with a larger client base? These are just some of the important items about growth and development, pertaining to the business life cycle, which will be discussed. And, you will have the opportunity to follow up with facilitated roundtable discussions of your topics supported by SCORE mentoring.

Carol is currently a small business owner with a professional background as a management accountant and business/process consultant. Her experience includes business development and marketing for manufacturing, service, retail, and hi-tech industries as well as non-profits. She is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) in the UK.
